Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate operational needs into system and process improvements across the organization. This role supports data‑driven decision‑making by analysing real‑estate performance metrics and identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements from Property Management, Facility Management, and Finance teams.
• Analyse existing workflows, map current and future‑state processes, and develop functional specifications and BRDs.
• Analyse leasing performance data, generate insights, and create dashboards and reports for management.
• Evaluate and optimise property management systems (PMS/ERP), identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with IT to implement improvements.
• Act as liaison between business units and IT, facilitate workshops, and prepare detailed documentation such as process maps, use cases, and user stories.
• Support system implementations, coordinate UAT, provide user training, and monitor post‑implementation performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis or process improvement, preferably in real‑estate or ERP environments.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
• BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Odoo) and ERP/PMS integrations.
• Process‑mapping tools.
