About the role
Ideal Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions, improving efficiency and delivering business value.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops.
- Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and project documentation.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
Required profile
- 2+ years of business analysis experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process modeling techniques such as flowcharts and use case diagrams.
