Business Development Manager

About the role

Indra Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and expand its activities in Qatar. You will work closely with public institutions, key stakeholders and international teams to drive growth and secure new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute the local business and growth plan.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the defense and technology sectors.
• Lead and coordinate tender and public procurement processes.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local partners and authorities.
• Coordinate with international divisions and business units to align strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in business development or managerial roles.
• Strong background in public procurement and tender processes.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Spanish is a plus.
