Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of qlub’s frictionless payment solution across Doha’s table‑service restaurant market. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, and work closely with restaurant owners, GMs and group operators to increase transaction volume and adoption of new features.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch and close new restaurant partners in Doha, meeting monthly signed‑partner targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, coordinating with the onboarding team to launch partners quickly.
• Grow existing accounts by driving usage, transaction volume and uptake of additional qlub features.
• Build senior relationships with owners, GMs and group operators across Qatar’s food‑and‑beverage sector.
• Analyse pipeline and performance data to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
• Provide market intelligence to product, marketing and leadership to shape qlub’s Qatar strategy.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or account‑management experience selling to restaurants, hospitality or SMB operators.
• Strong network of decision‑makers in Qatar’s food‑and‑beverage and hospitality sector.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
• Based in Doha or willing to relocate with the right to work in Qatar.
