Business Development Manager – Qatar

About the role

Musemind, a design‑focused technology services partner, is expanding its footprint in Qatar and seeks a Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth. You will be the face of Musemind in the market, building senior relationships and opening high‑value opportunities across enterprise and government sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Report weekly to management and collaborate on sales strategy, SOPs, and operating processes for Qatar.
• Develop and deliver a business and sales plan aligned with the agreed strategy.
• Own the full sales cycle—from initial conversation through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Drive high‑value design and development deals with private enterprises and government entities.
• Attend customer meetings to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Coordinate with design, development, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
• Maintain best‑in‑class customer experience and manage post‑sale account growth.
• Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and accurate deal‑stage records.
• Share market intelligence with leadership, including client priorities and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Extreme focus on results and deal closure.
• Proven ability to sell vision, not just services.
• Strong network or ability to build one quickly in the Qatar market.
• Deep understanding of enterprise and government sales cycles.
• Ability to build trust with founders, C‑level leaders, procurement teams, and decision‑makers.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Preference for candidates with Qatar market exposure, local relationships, or Qatari nationality.
