Business Development & Marine Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development & Marine Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic to expand our Marine Division in Qatar. The role combines sales, client acquisition and market development across marine, offshore, oil & gas and ship‑repair sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in marine, offshore, oil & gas, ports, shipyards and related sectors.
• Generate qualified leads, prepare commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms while maintaining an up‑to‑date sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Promote marine engineering services, vessel maintenance solutions and manpower supply, and support strategic partnership initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, conduct regular visits and coordinate with technical teams to ensure high satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development or marine services, preferably within Qatar.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English.
