Business Development Specialist – IT & AI (Healthcare)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to expand our portfolio of IT and AI solutions for the healthcare sector in Qatar. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics and government health entities, and promote innovative digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, and government entities.
• Promote healthcare IT solutions, digital transformation projects, and AI‑powered applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers such as hospital management, clinicians and IT leaders.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to design customized solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging healthcare technologies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management within healthcare IT, digital health or AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, hospital operations and technology solutions.
• Experience in the Qatar/GCC healthcare market is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
