Call Center Representative

About the role

The Customer Care Representative provides high‑quality service to internal and external clients, supporting tenants, landlords, property consultants and other stakeholders. The role demands strong communication, professionalism and the ability to handle inquiries, requests and complaints efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential and existing clients, tenants, landlords and other stakeholders.
• Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships through clear, accurate, and courteous communication.
• Qualify client requirements and forward qualified leads to property consultants.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including phone calls, online chat sessions, and paperwork.
• Record and log calls using the company’s internal software and keep database information up‑to‑date.
• Ensure phone lines remain available, reducing missed calls and transferring calls promptly.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on lead activity and follow‑up status.
• Identify and report customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform additional duties to support Betterhomes and its divisions.

Required profile
