Campaign & Shutdown Supervisor

About the role

The Campaign & Shutdown Supervisor ensures safe, incident‑free execution of offshore campaigns and shutdowns for the Al‑Shaheen field. Working on a rotating 28‑day offshore schedule, the role coordinates preparation, planning and delivery of multiple campaigns and shutdowns each year.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with NOC Incident‑Free culture, health, safety and environmental policies.
• Manage pre‑work, preparation and execution phases of campaigns and shutdowns in line with standards and procedures.
• Collate all project information into a Bookies Board and communicate readiness to onshore coordinators.
• Assist the Offshore Installation Manager in developing detailed execution plans.
• Provide daily reports to the NOC OC Campaign & Shutdown coordinator.
• Supervise approximately five campaigns (≈1,200 work orders) and two shutdowns (≈500 work orders) annually.
• Manage contractor resources to ensure safe and reliable delivery of activities.
• Liaise with internal functions (production, engineering, HSE, logistics, etc.) and external contractors and vendors.

Required profile

• BSc or graduate engineer with relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience in coordinating offshore campaigns and shutdowns.
• Ability to work offshore on a 28‑day on/28‑day off rotation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to safety, cost‑consciousness and continuous improvement.
