Card Sales Acquisition Specialist (Teleagent)

About the role

The Card Sales Acquisition Specialist will conduct outbound and inbound telesales campaigns to acquire new credit card customers, ensuring compliance with regulated banking practices.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scripted sales calls for credit card acquisition, meeting monthly card sales targets.
• Convert bank-provided leads and pre‑approved prospects into activated cards, improving lead‑to‑sale conversion.
• Educate customers on card features, benefits, fees, and usage to boost activation within 30 days.
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and sales systems, ensuring data hygiene.
• Adhere to governance controls such as call recording, quality checks, and policy compliance to achieve 100% audit compliance.

Required profile

• Knowledge of the credit card acquisition lifecycle (lead → sale → activation).
• Understanding of regulated sales environments and mis‑selling prevention.
• Familiarity with contact‑centre operations, call handling, and CRM usage.
