About the role
Join LPM Restaurant and Bar in Doha as a Chef de Rang, delivering high‑quality service and ensuring memorable dining experiences for guests in a vibrant, upscale environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality service and oversee a specific restaurant section.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, advise guests on menu choices and wine pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, handle guest complaints professionally.
- Train and mentor junior staff to uphold service excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a waitress or similar role in a high‑end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality.
