About the role

As the Chief Steward at Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas, you will lead all stewarding operations across the property, ensuring that guests experience exceptional hospitality through flawless service and immaculate environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control of china, glassware, linen, and silver, coordinating daily distribution, storage and maintenance.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and optimal functionality of all food‑service equipment.
• Develop, implement and enforce sanitation standards to meet the highest hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor department costs, identify savings opportunities and maintain profitability while upholding quality.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate team members, fostering a high‑performing and engaged workforce.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
