Civil Project Manager – Lead Infrastructure Projects

About the role

The Civil Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end civil construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery. This position is pivotal for the organization’s growth, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee civil construction and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities and supervise contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and on‑site teams.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and progress in real time, preparing regular progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Review technical drawings, contracts, and specifications; conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges promptly.
• Optimize resources, materials, and manpower across all project phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of experience in civil construction and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with a track record of team coordination.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
• Open to all nationalities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.
