About the role
As a Client Advisor for a world‑renowned luxury brand, you will be the primary ambassador of the brand’s DNA, delivering a highly personalized and memorable experience to every client. You will work within a high‑performing sales team, translating client needs into sales success while fostering long‑term loyalty.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by following the brand’s sales ceremony and exceeding client expectations.
- Participate in all training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge, including design, craftsmanship, materials and care instructions.
- Manage client queries, returns and damages promptly and professionally.
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store targets and actively promoting key collections.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships, updating CRM records and organising private events or product launches.
- Uphold the luxury brand image through personal grooming, dress code and professional behaviour.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standards.
Required profile

- Strong communication skills and a polished, courteous demeanor.
- Sales‑driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities for handling client issues efficiently.
