Clinical Nurse – Women’s Outpatient Services

About the role

The Clinical Nurse in the Women’s Outpatient Services Division provides safe, effective direct care, assesses patient needs, plans and evaluates care programs, and ensures high‑quality standards aligned with Sidra’s practice guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and discharge planning.
• Document care promptly and accurately, adhering to Sidra’s documentation standards.
• Participate in supervision, orientation, and training of staff, students, and new hires.
• Escalate clinical issues through the proper chain of command and maintain licensure and regulatory certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing license.
• At least 2 years of recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty within a reputable healthcare institution.
• Effective communication skills, teamwork orientation, and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and patient‑family centered care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to use electronic health record systems for contemporaneous documentation and data‑driven decision making.
