Clinical Psychologist

About the role

The Clinical Psychologist provides expert psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence‑based treatment for patients with emotional, mental health, and learning challenges. Working within interdisciplinary teams, the role contributes to comprehensive care plans and supports service development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct specialist clinical psychological assessments using tests, self‑report measures, rating scales, observations, and semi‑structured interviews.
• Prepare detailed clinical formulations and written reports for each assessment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on proven therapeutic models.
• Deliver evidence‑based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy.
• Review medical records to inform case understanding and treatment decisions.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and consultation to multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and high standards of clinical record‑keeping.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, service evaluation, and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the setup, organization, and operation of Naufar clinical services.
• Participate in and lead psychology in‑service development and training for staff.

Required profile

• Qualified Clinical Psychologist with experience in assessment and treatment of mental health disorders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
