Cluster Purchasing Coordinator

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team and help brighten guests’ days by supporting procurement and inventory management across multiple properties. You will play a key part in ensuring the right supplies are available at the right time, contributing to memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations: assist with procurement, oversee receiving processes, and manage inventory levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams: work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications.
• Process invoices: review invoices for accuracy, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure timely payment.
• Assist with supplier management: secure competitive pricing, place orders, and track deliveries for timely arrivals.
• Perform quality checks: inspect shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop the team: train, schedule, and supervise purchasing and receiving clerks, providing guidance and support.
