Concierge Driver

About the role

The Concierge Driver ensures safe, punctual transportation for guests and supports daily operational reporting at Azizi Foods in Doha. This role combines driving duties with guest‑service responsibilities and basic vehicle maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and run daily arrival and departure reports, verifying accuracy and noting special requests.
• Document each trip before departure and after completion, including mileage and any incidents.
• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using the company vehicle, adhering to schedules.
• Park the vehicle in designated areas, perform routine inspections for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
• Record vehicle damages or accidents and submit incident reports to the manager.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and employee coaching as a point of contact for the open‑door policy.
• Report accidents, injuries or safety hazards, complete required safety training and follow all company policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information and support team goals.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving and loading items up to 75 lb and navigate stairs, ramps and uneven surfaces.
• Welcome guests courteously, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and respond quickly to service demands.
• Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 75 lb and work in varied environments (stairs, ramps, uneven surfaces).
• Professional demeanor, clean uniform, and respect for confidentiality.
• Team‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
