Construction Supervisor – Electrical & Instrumentation (Offshore)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities on offshore oil & gas projects in Qatar. The role ensures safe, efficient execution of all construction works in line with project specifications, approved drawings, and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day E&I construction execution on offshore sites.
• Supervise EPIC contractors for E&I, Fire & Gas, DCS, ESD, and Telecom installations.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and verify compliance with method statements, schedules, and quality standards.
• Review and approve construction method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and schedules.
• Perform inspections, certify completed works, and maintain quality documentation.
• Monitor workforce productivity, maintain daily progress records, and report issues or deviations.
• Coordinate construction plans, offshore logistics, and brownfield modifications.
• Ensure strict HSE compliance, manage work permits, and enforce safe working practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline, or a Diploma/ONC in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
• Proven experience supervising offshore E&I construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPIC contracting, offshore logistics, and brownfield modification processes.
