Consultant – Solution Architecture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Architecture professional to lead the design, integration, and optimisation of enterprise solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments. The role focuses on ensuring scalability, security, and performance of the applications ecosystem while aligning technical solutions with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the applications ecosystem, guaranteeing efficient scalability, security and performance at the infrastructure level.
• Size hardware for on‑premise or cloud solutions based on specific requirements.
• Advise on enterprise data flow, defining where and how data is mastered and shared across systems.
• Deliver value through workflow documents, interface specifications and shippable code.
• Manage knowledge sharing, handovers and documentation of applications down to the code level.
• Assess existing IT applications, conduct architecture evaluations and recommend enhancements for performance and security.
• Lead system integration initiatives to meet business requirements.
• Resolve technical issues related to architecture as they arise.
• Analyse the business impact of technical choices on processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on understanding of the enterprise technology landscape, including on‑premise and cloud systems.
• Deep knowledge of system integration, infrastructure scalability and data flow management.
• Ability to assess and optimise IT applications for security, availability and performance.
• Experience in documenting solutions and guiding knowledge transfer.
