Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to produce high‑quality visual and digital assets for our hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle brands. You will bring each brand to life through photography, videography, short‑form videos, and social media content while maintaining brand consistency and supporting marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot, edit and deliver photo and video content for hotels, waterparks, restaurants, spa, retail and entertainment venues.
• Create visual stories for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertising, PR, sales collateral and events.
• Plan and execute photography and video shoots covering lifestyle experiences, food & beverage, architecture, events and guest experiences.
• Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategy and continuous A/B testing of creative assets.
• Produce platform‑optimised content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Edit and post‑produce using professional software, applying colour grading, sound design, motion graphics and platform‑specific formatting.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, F&B, spa, entertainment, sales and operations teams to meet content calendars.
• Stay current with social media trends, visual storytelling techniques and emerging digital formats.

Required profile

• Highly creative, trend‑driven and hands‑on with a strong eye for real‑time experiences.
• Ability to transform experiences into engaging content that drives audience interaction and strengthens brand positioning.
