Content Quality Associate

About the role

As a Content Quality Associate you will safeguard the excellence of our catalog and represent our brand across Arabic and English interfaces. You will continuously audit, refine, and optimise app and website content to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance and searchability.

Key responsibilities

• Browse the app and website to identify content improvement opportunities.
• Work on content quality initiatives for existing and new selections.
• Identify systematic and operational problems and contribute to their resolution.
• Check the quality of selections received internally and externally using moderation and quality tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement catalogue‑related improvements efficiently.
• Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to improve catalogue quality.

Required profile

• Native Arabic language proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience in content moderation, translation or e‑commerce.
• Demonstrated experience using analytics tools and content management platforms.
• Familiarity with marketplace dynamics and product discovery flows.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule with weekend days off.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Proactive problem‑solving with a focus on process improvements.
• Deep understanding of product categorisation and customer behaviour.
• Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking.
