Country Manager – Engineer (Commission Only)

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager – Engineer to lead our sales activities in Qatar. The position is commission‑based, offering the opportunity to earn directly from the value you generate for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Build and expand a sales network for Turalı Group’s industrial product portfolio in Qatar.
- Identify, negotiate with and develop distributor relationships.
- Prepare weekly sales and activity reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Required profile
- Experience in sectors covered by Turalı Group (hydraulic, pneumatic, metal fabrication, industrial fittings, etc.) or similar industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to act as the official company representative in Qatar.
