Creative Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

FIBO is looking for an experienced, creative and proactive Creative Account Manager to manage client relationships, develop marketing ideas, spot emerging trends and help shape the strategic direction of its brands. This is a full-time remote position with the same level of commitment and professionalism as an office-based role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day account operations.
• Develop creative marketing ideas, campaign concepts and content strategies.
• Contribute to brand positioning, communication and digital marketing direction.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral content and emerging digital opportunities.
• Develop content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators and production teams to execute creative concepts.
• Present marketing ideas and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate projects, manage deadlines and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand performance through creative and strategic thinking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, digital marketing or a creative agency.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding and social media platforms.
• Ability to generate creative ideas and turn them into effective marketing concepts.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Full-time commitment, with consistent availability and active engagement during working hours.
• Reliable, high-speed internet and a suitable remote working environment.

Working hours

• Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a break from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM; time zone Qatar Standard Time.
• Saturday: on demand, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM when required by the company, depending on business needs.
• Friday is the weekly day off.
