Creative Producer

About the role

The Creative Producer will develop, produce, and deliver digital creative content across TOD’s platforms and marketing channels, strengthening the brand and driving audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for integrated marketing campaigns and deliver final assets.
• Produce high‑quality promotional videos, digital ads, trailers, teasers and social media content.
• Create static and motion assets optimized for all devices and platforms.
• Edit video content, including color correction, sound mixing, subtitles and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Commercial and Partnerships teams.
• Coordinate with external agencies, production houses, freelancers and voice‑over artists.
• Manage multiple projects, ensure brand compliance and maintain assets in the DAM system.
• Optimize assets based on performance insights and stay current with digital trends and AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in media, digital media, film production, marketing, communications, graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in digital creative production, video editing or multimedia production.
• Experience in OTT, streaming, media, broadcasting, sports or entertainment industries is preferred.
• Proven track record supporting integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned media.
