About the role

We are looking for a polished Customer Care Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for High‑Net‑Worth Individuals and VIP clients in Qatar. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound communications, delivering a bespoke, luxury service experience while maintaining the utmost discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated liaison for VIP and HNWI clients, handling phone interactions with a premium, personalized approach.
• Manage high‑touch inbound requests and initiate tailored outbound service calls, ensuring professionalism at every touchpoint.
• Resolve complex client inquiries swiftly and accurately, with zero margin for error.
• Safeguard sensitive client data, upholding strict confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Anticipate client needs, nurture long‑term relationships, and reinforce the brand’s elite reputation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in customer care, luxury hospitality, private banking, or VIP concierge services.
• Native‑level fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Current residence in Qatar with deep understanding of local culture and business etiquette.
• Exceptional vocal tone, active listening, and an elegant conversational style.
• Calm, resourceful, and highly polished under pressure.
