Customer Representative - Neurology

About the role

Organon is hiring a Customer Representative for its neurology business in Qatar. You will manage your territory by regularly engaging healthcare professionals so that the company is seen as offering value and better health outcomes, through strong product and disease knowledge combined with sales and account management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Scientific marketing of products and/or services to meet individual, team and organizational targets
• Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to build a solid pipeline of business opportunities
• Make and receive calls directly with prospective and existing customers
• Provide clinical and outcomes data on products and services, and tailor messages to each audience
• Explain how products help meet quality metrics and respond to customer questions
• Build rapport by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals while following established processes
• Execute the marketing strategy in line with the Brand Customer Manager and collaborate with commercial and market access teams
• Ensure 100% compliance with pharmacovigilance SOPs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Transferable Qatari residency; no relocation offered
• Results-oriented, able to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments
• Very good command of English and excellent communication skills
• Competent presentation skills and self-motivated

Required skills

• Proficiency with the required practical applications and software
• Valid driving license
• Ability to meet travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites
