Customer Services Agent (Arabic & French Speakers)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Services Agent to join the Doha Contact Centre. The role involves delivering high‑quality support to Arabic, French and English speaking Qatar Airways customers through phone, email and web chat.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Sell, up‑sell and cross‑sell Qatar Airways products and services.
• Create new reservations, modify existing bookings and provide fare quotes.
• Issue and re‑issue tickets, handling fare rules and carriage regulations.
• Support e‑commerce, trade and frequent‑flyer program activities.
• Process ticket refunds and handle multi‑product inquiries.
• Escalate complex cases to senior contact‑centre staff when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Good command of Arabic, French and English (spoken and written).
• Computer literate with strong typing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with a Global Distribution System, preferably Amadeus.
• Basic knowledge of airline fare rules (IATA or airline tariff certification is a plus).
