Delivery Lead Investment Systems

About the role

Lesha Bank is seeking a Delivery Lead – Investment Systems to own the delivery of its investment management platform across front‑office, middle‑office and private‑wealth functions. The role blends project delivery, business analysis and technology integration, ensuring the platform meets the needs of both private and public market investments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the build‑out of the investment management platform and subsequent downstream initiatives.
• Select and apply the appropriate delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, or iterative) based on project risk and nature.
• Integrate technology solutions with internal systems, external market‑data providers and third‑party platforms.
• Conduct business analysis for front‑office, middle‑office and private‑wealth teams.
• Manage vendors delivering platform components, overseeing fixed‑price and time‑and‑materials contracts.
• Track and control project/program budgets, escalating variances as needed.
• Establish and maintain delivery methodology, standards and governance, including PMO templates and tooling.
• Plan and run the Change Advisory Board process, handling risk assessment, business sign‑off and release scheduling.
• Act as the liaison for risk and audit responses related to technology delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering investment management technology solutions.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale technology programmes across front‑office, middle‑office and private‑wealth domains.
• Strong background in vendor and commercial management, including budgeting and contract oversight.
• Hands‑on knowledge of multiple delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, iterative).
• Experience coordinating risk, audit and change‑management processes.
