We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Cecconi's Doha, our contemporary Italian restaurant known for its timeless recipes, elegant atmosphere, and vibrant energy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie in daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Ensure all mise en place is prepared efficiently and accurately for service.
• Assist in maintaining food cost controls and minimizing waste.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative kitchen culture.
• Contribute ideas and creativity while respecting the culinary identity of Cecconi’s.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a reputable Italian restaurant, luxury hotel, or upscale dining venue.
• Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pasta preparation, sauces, antipasti, and traditional cooking techniques.
• Passion for fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, and culinary excellence.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
