About the role
The hotel is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie specialized in pastry to support the Executive Chef in delivering high‑quality dishes. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, ensuring timely service and impeccable presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in preparing appetizers, meat and vegetable components for entrees.
- Contribute to the proper plating and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and service speed.
- Participate in selecting and training new kitchen team members.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and uphold strict cleanliness in the kitchen and personal hygiene.
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or any recognized culinary qualification.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Demi Chef in hotel or restaurant settings.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to teamwork, customer service and operational excellence.
- Eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards.
