Digital Learning Specialist

About the role

The Digital Learning Specialist designs, develops, and deploys digital learning solutions that enable the organization to deliver effective, engaging training sessions. This role applies instructional design and adult‑learning principles while ensuring alignment with departmental goals and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital learning strategies to enhance employee development.
• Research, evaluate, and select digital learning technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Create interactive e‑learning modules, videos, simulations, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and instructional designers to align content with learning objectives.
• Manage the digital learning platform, including content administration, user support, and technical troubleshooting.
• Monitor learner engagement and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to employees and managers on platform usage.
• Stay current on emerging trends in digital learning and partner with HR and business leaders to address learning needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of overall work experience.
• At least 5 years in digital learning, instructional design, or learning technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• GCC experience of 2+ years is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with LXPs such as Degreed, Cornerstone, and 360Learning.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing, visual design, and storyboarding.
• Hands‑on experience with Storyline, Articulate, Brainshark, and Adobe Learning Manager.
• Knowledge of delivery platforms: Zoom, Webex, GoToTraining, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with at least one LMS (preferably SAP).
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and ScreenFlow.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
