Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead and maintain all online marketing activities for Total Fire Protection Qatar. This full‑time, permanent position involves creating engaging content, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, and supporting lead generation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's digital marketing activities across all online platforms.
• Prepare and publish daily WhatsApp Status posts highlighting services, products, projects, offers, achievements and updates.
• Create occasion‑based WhatsApp Status posts for national days, festivals, holidays, and company events.
• Plan and schedule weekly/monthly social media posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels.
• Produce, edit and publish social media videos, reels, short clips, service highlights and promotional content.
• Design posters, social media creatives, banners and other digital marketing materials.
• Prepare and execute email marketing campaigns for promotion, information and customer engagement.
• Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns targeting existing and prospective customers.
• Perform SEO activities to improve website visibility, rankings and traffic.
• Plan, execute and monitor online advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and generate basic reports on reach, engagement, leads, traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate with website developers/IT team for updates, content changes, maintenance and upgrades.
