Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing activities for our e‑commerce business. You will launch campaigns, improve the website’s shopping experience, and activate email and WhatsApp marketing while aligning product priorities with content, social media, and paid advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly marketing plans covering product launches, featured collections and customer campaigns.
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to select products for promotion based on stock, sales performance and commercial priorities.
• Improve homepage content, collection presentation, product pages and campaign landing pages within Shopify.
• Plan and launch email and WhatsApp campaigns, handling segmentation, copywriting, scheduling and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with content creators, photographers and the Social Media & Community Specialist to deliver campaign assets.
• Work with the paid advertising specialist to align messaging, product priorities and landing pages.
• Analyze website conversion and campaign performance, identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Provide weekly reports covering results, completed actions and next priorities.

Required profile

• At least three years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Proven track record of personally executing campaigns, website improvements and customer marketing activities.
• Strong copywriting, creative judgment, organization and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with creative, commercial and technical teams.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of Shopify and website merchandising.
• Experience with email and WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Ability to interpret Shopify analytics, Google Analytics and campaign reports.
