Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital strategy, e‑commerce performance and online customer experience for Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North and its associated venues, including Meryal Waterpark, Azure Beach Doha and multiple restaurants, bars, wellness and retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives across paid media, website management, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CRO and content marketing.
• Own the full paid‑media strategy and annual budget for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, as well as OTA‑adjacent channels such as TripAdvisor, Booking.com and Expedia.
• Design campaign structures, audience architecture, bidding strategies and creative testing, running continuous A/B and incrementality tests.
• Monitor and report on core KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, direct revenue, booking‑engine conversion rate, ticket yield and membership acquisition cost.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations and regional marketing teams to ensure all digital touchpoints support commercial objectives.
• Manage agency and media partner relationships, briefs, scopes of work and commercial agreements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital marketing strategy and e‑commerce performance in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to optimisation and revenue growth.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with revenue, sales, operations and regional teams.
