Director of Food & Beverage – Outlets

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee all food and beverage outlets at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The Director of Food & Beverage – Outlets will be responsible for delivering a distinctive luxury experience across restaurants, bars, lounges and other guest‑facing venues while driving revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall F&B strategy for all outlets, aligning with brand standards of Raffles and Fairmont.
• Lead and mentor outlet managers, chefs and service teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, pricing and revenue optimisation for each venue.
• Monitor guest feedback and quality metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and procurement to create attractive promotions and seamless supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and luxury service standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in food and beverage operations within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to inspire high‑performing teams in a multicultural environment.
