Reservations Agent Intern

About the role

Join MGallery, a unique brand within the Accor Group, as a Reservations Agent Intern. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create memorable stays through professional and warm reservation handling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in handling room reservations, inquiries, and booking requests efficiently.
• Respond to guest calls, emails, and reservation inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and services.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate booking records.
• Process booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Prepare daily reservation reports and follow up on pending bookings.
• Promote hotel facilities, room upgrades, packages, and additional services where appropriate.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and detail‑oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
