Director of Marketing and Communications

About the role

Zulal Wellness Resort is looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead its marketing, brand and communications work. The role strengthens brand positioning, drives awareness and business growth, oversees integrated campaigns and public relations, builds partnerships across local and international markets, and champions the resort's wellness and sustainability philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and grow business locally and internationally
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, PR and experiential channels
• Oversee digital strategy, website, social media and online campaigns
• Manage media relations, influencer partnerships and PR initiatives
• Keep brand identity and messaging consistent across all channels
• Build partnerships with corporate clients, wellness professionals and industry stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competitors and guest insights
• Drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty through marketing, referrals and CRM
• Lead and develop the marketing team
• Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs and campaign ROI, and report to senior leadership

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven leadership experience in marketing, communications and PR, preferably in hospitality or wellness
• Strong brand management, digital marketing and campaign development expertise
• Excellent strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical skills
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
