Director of Marketing – MGallery

About the role

As Director of Marketing you will inspire meaningful connections by shaping the identity, voice, and presence of MGallery. You will lead impactful marketing strategies that engage guests, strengthen the brand, and drive business success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies aligned with hotel and MGallery objectives.
• Create compelling campaigns and content that showcase the hotel's unique identity and MGallery's distinctive spirit.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website content, and the hotel's online presence.
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Operations to support business performance and guest engagement.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a creative, collaborative, and high‑performing environment.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure all marketing communications consistently reflect MGallery and Accor brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably within luxury or upscale hospitality.
• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, branding, and creating meaningful guest connections.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Accor or international luxury hospitality standards is an advantage.
