Director of Operations – Fine Dining Restaurants

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead day‑to‑day activities across our fine‑dining restaurant portfolio and central production kitchen in Qatar. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all restaurant sites and the central kitchen, ensuring consistency and service excellence.
• Develop and implement systems to boost efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Monitor performance metrics, food and labour costs, inventory and waste, and execute corrective action plans.
• Lead restaurant managers and operational teams, supporting new openings from planning through launch.
• Maintain SOPs, operational manuals and training programmes.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, marketing and HR, and ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations and local legislation.
• Participate in strategic planning and expansion projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of restaurant operations experience, with proven GCC multi‑unit management.
• Strong background in fine‑dining environments and experience opening and scaling restaurants.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
