DWH Operations & Support Consultant

About the role

A full-time DWH Operations & Support Consultant is needed in Qatar, with 7+ years of experience. The consultant acts as the main client contact for production data warehouse operations, incidents, escalations and service updates, and leads incident bridge calls and cross-functional technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ETL workflows, batch dependencies, data availability, file arrivals and data quality checks
• Prepare client-facing status reports, root cause analysis summaries and service review presentations
• Manage client expectations, communicate business impact and identify operational risks proactively
• Coordinate production releases, recovery activities, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives

Required profile

• 7+ years of overall relevant experience in DWH, ETL, database or application production support
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Proven ability to manage critical incidents, escalations and service delivery
• Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support when required
