E-commerce Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑commerce Executive to boost website performance and lead email and WhatsApp marketing for a fashion e‑commerce business in Qatar. The role demands practical ideas, independent execution, and strong follow‑through.

Key responsibilities

• Improve website presentation, homepage content, collections and product visibility; identify improvements and manage implementation.
• Maintain campaign pages, promotional placements and overall website content.
• Review the shopping journey and implement navigation and conversion enhancements.
• Set up and manage email and WhatsApp marketing tools, building, testing and launching campaigns for new arrivals, restocks, promotions and customer reactivation.
• Develop customer segments, automated marketing journeys and analyse performance to drive practical improvements.

Required profile

• Proven e‑commerce experience in fashion retail or fashion e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with website merchandising and e‑commerce platforms.
• Direct experience building email and WhatsApp campaigns, including segmentation and automation.
• Ability to analyse website traffic, conversion, sales and campaign results.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills and ability to work independently.
