Electrical Supervisor - Industrial Project

About the role

An industrial project in Ras Laffan, Qatar needs an experienced Electrical Supervisor. The role covers supervising and coordinating daily electrical installation work, including cable pulling, glanding and termination. Immediate joining is preferred; the duty is 10 hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation activities at the project site.
• Oversee cable pulling, dressing, glanding and termination works.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, materials and work-front preparation.
• Ensure installations follow approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Work with engineers, QA/QC personnel and other site teams.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements and electrical safety standards.
• Inspect completed works and report technical issues or deviations.
• Prepare daily progress reports and keep accurate work records.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of industrial electrical installation experience.
• Strong expertise in cable pulling, glanding, termination and manpower coordination.
• Previous RLIC site experience and exposure to QatarEnergy or LNG projects preferred.
• Experience installing cables at pipe racks and process buildings is an advantage.
