Enterprise Marketing Senior Manager

About the role

Own the Enterprise Communications Strategy and MarCom roadmap to strengthen Vodafone Business in Qatar, using market insights to shape communications priorities and campaign decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated campaigns from brief to activation, ensuring objectives, quality and brand alignment.
• Equip sales with messaging, content and tools for enterprise launches and commercial conversations.
• Manage the Vodafone Business website, content roadmap and digital campaigns, monitoring performance and reporting.
• Build market visibility through PR, executive engagement, events, partnerships and social amplification.
• Plan and execute EBU events with partners, product and segment teams, aligning with customer and commercial priorities.
• Manage reputation and communications risks, providing timely responses to sensitive issues.
• Track ROI and performance metrics, optimizing communications investment and agency performance.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and develop communications capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in communications, integrated marketing, brand or B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of leading complex, integrated communications programs in cross‑functional environments.
• Strong understanding of B2B customers, journeys, engagement and demand generation.
• Excellent executive communication, influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Must be a Qatari national.
