Estimation Manager – Commercial High‑Rise Towers & Major Projects

About the role

The Estimation Manager will lead the tendering function for large‑scale commercial high‑rise towers and other major infrastructure projects across the GCC. Reporting to senior management, you will own the end‑to‑end bid process for projects valued at USD 200M+.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute bid strategies, tender schedules and cost models.
• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs, BOQs and bespoke RFQ packages.
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations, including risk, margin, overhead, profit, escalation, finance and tax considerations.
• Coordinate with contracts teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders on technical, commercial and sequencing requirements.
• Lead tender teams, present reports and final reviews to senior management and tender committees.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a US/UK‑accredited university.
• Proven experience with reputable prime/main contractors in the GCC.
• Significant estimating and tendering experience on complex projects worth USD 200M+.
• Exposure to commercial high‑rise towers (50+ floors) and other large‑scale assets such as airports, rail, bridges, data centres, luxury hotels and ports.
• Stable, progressive career history with meaningful tenure at reputable employers.
