Estimation Manager – High-Rise Towers & Major Projects

About the role

We are looking for a senior Estimation Manager to join a leading construction company’s head office in Qatar. The role focuses on estimating and tendering large‑scale, complex projects valued at USD 200M+ across high‑rise towers, infrastructure and specialty assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tender teams, manage tender schedules, optimise margins and present comprehensive tender reviews to senior management and tender committees.
• Develop and execute detailed cost estimates, quantity take‑offs, RFQ packages, subcontractor evaluations and bid strategies using CCS and BOQ tools.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a US/UK‑accredited university with strong career stability and progressive experience.
• Extensive estimation and tendering experience with leading international main contractors on projects such as 50+‑storey towers, airports, railways, bridges, data centres, luxury hotels/residences, ports or military assets.

• CCS (Cost Control System) proficiency
• BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation
