Executive Business Developer

About the role

Chesamel Group is an agile consultancy that designs bespoke solutions for clients seeking growth. It is hiring an Executive Business Developer for a part-time, on-site role in Doha, Qatar, focused on growing the group's client portfolio in the region. The role covers identifying and qualifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, leading proposals and negotiating commercial terms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead proposal development and negotiate commercial terms.
• Collaborate with internal experts to design strategic, innovative consulting solutions.
• Carry out daily market and competitor research and manage the pipeline.
• Hold regular client meetings and report business development performance to senior leadership.
• Represent Chesamel at industry events and ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven track record in consultancy, professional services or related sectors; Middle East market experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha and travel for client meetings or industry events.
