Factory & Production Manager

About the role

The Factory & Production Manager oversees the entire marble manufacturing process, ensuring efficient workflow, high‑quality output, on‑time delivery, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards. The role combines planning, organization, and control of production activities to meet company targets while optimizing resources and reducing costs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly production activities, including cutting, polishing, edging, fabrication, and finishing.
• Implement and monitor quality standards for marble slabs, tiles, and custom items, conducting regular inspections and corrective actions.
• Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, technicians, and labor staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper training.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for cutting machines, polishing lines, CNC equipment, and other machinery to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor raw material and consumable inventories, ensure accurate stock levels, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, implement safety protocols, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, track wastage, machine performance, and workforce productivity, and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
