F&B Coordinator

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking an organized and energetic Food & Beverage Coordinator to support daily operations across its multiple dining outlets. This role ensures smooth communication, administrative efficiency, and high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational coordination for the Food & Beverage team.
• Facilitate communication between outlets and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and maintain organized records and documentation.
• Assist with menu updates, promotions, events, and internal communications.
• Support managers with inventory tracking, purchasing requests, and general departmental administration.
• Offer hands‑on assistance to outlets during busy periods and support the operations team as needed.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage administration/coordinator roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Flexibility to support operational requirements as needed.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in luxury hospitality.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
