F&B Rising Fan – 18-Month Training to Assistant Manager

About the role

The Rising Fan – Food & Beverage is an 18‑month intensive training programme designed to develop future Assistant Managers. Participants will gain hands‑on operational, administrative and supervisory experience across multiple front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through a minimum of three distinct Food & Beverage departments, acquiring practical knowledge of daily operations.
• Assist in day‑to‑day service delivery, inventory management, and staff coordination.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise junior staff during shifts, providing guidance and feedback.
• Participate in performance reviews and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Required profile

• Strong interest in hospitality and Food & Beverage operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to different departmental roles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivation to progress to an Assistant Manager position after completion.
